SanDisk Extreme IV CompactFlash. คอมแพคแฟลช เมมโมรี่ ขนาด 4 GB และ 8GB อ่านเขียนที่ความเร็ว สูงถึง 40MB /sec. เนื่องจากการ ปรับปรุง วงจร และ ไฟล์วอร์ ใหม่ จากประสบการณ์ ใช้งานกับกล้อง ดิจิตอล CompactFlash จะกินไฟ กว่าชนิดอื่นๆ แต่ทนหายห่วง ผมใช้ CompactFlash 512 MB เมื่อก่อน ราวปี 2004 ถ่ายมาไม่ตำกว่า 30,000 รูป ไม่นับ เก็บไฟล์ จำนวนมาก ปัจจุบัน ใช้งานได้ ปรกติสุขดี
